The employees of CCI’s Maintenance Service Division are skilled in a number of trades including general carpentry, drywall, electrical and mechanical.  The Maintenance Services Division handles both the small construction jobs and large maintenance projects that are endemic to commercial real estate properties.   

Typical small construction projects include the construction or renovation of small office or apartment space, installation of security, ADA compliance renovations, tenant fit outs, and other interior alterations.  Maintenance services that CCI furnishes include replacement of metal doors, painting of warehouse buildings and floors, roof leak detection and remediation, drywall/ceiling repair and, general carpentry and millwork.
